Two-Tone Car Body Painting — Škoda Elroq
We enabled fully automatic two-tone painting (colored roof). The car body passes through the paint line twice — requiring changes to DXQ control, PLC, SQS, EINES, visualizations, and reporting. During analysis we found and fixed a 20-year-old DÜRR visualization bug.

Paint Shop Color Block Optimization
Intelligent color-block sequencing algorithm that sorts car bodies by color before painting to minimize paint and solvent waste. Block ratio improved from 1.21 to 3.15 — a 160% increase. Real-time graph optimization controls live production flow.

AIKIT Digital is a Czech technology company based in Prague's Forum Karlin. Since 2017, we build the systems that production lines depend on — from PLC control and SCADA visualizations to MES integration and custom software. Our team of 30+ specialists includes PLC programmers, SCADA/MES engineers, .NET and Node.js developers, and project managers.
We spend most of our time in Skoda Auto paint shops in Mlada Boleslav and Kvasiny, but we also work for Siemens, Hyundai, and Lipraco. We are the team that deploys on weekends during shutdowns, resolves incidents at 3 AM, and celebrates when the line hits 100%. Not because we have to — because we love it.
