Complete industrial automation.

Control layers

We cover every layer of production

From the sensor on the line to enterprise planning - and above all the interfaces between them.

4

Enterprise planning

ERP works with orders, costs and capacities in days and weeks.

3

Manufacturing systems

MES knows what is being produced: orders, traceability, OEE. It works in minutes and hours.

2

Control and visualization

The PLC controls, SCADA and HMI monitor and allow intervention. When the PLC fails, the line stops.

1

Data acquisition

Sensors, readers, motors and drives. This layer works in milliseconds and is the source of all data.

0

Physical process

Conveyors, robots, ovens, pumps - what physically changes the product.

What we do

Industrial automation

The goal of every production plant is uninterrupted output. It requires reliable control systems, clear visualization, traceable data and a fast service response in the event of a failure. We deliver all of this - and for eight years, clients in automotive, energy and healthcare have relied on it.

About us

An engineering team for demanding plants

AIK IT Digital is a Czech technology company based in Prague's Forum Karlin. Since 2017, we build the systems that production lines depend on - from PLC control and SCADA visualizations to MES integration and custom software. Our team of 30+ specialists includes PLC programmers, SCADA/MES engineers, .NET and Node.js developers, and project managers.

We work directly on our clients' shop floors: in paint shops, on assembly lines and at conveyor systems. Major deployments are scheduled for planned shutdowns, weekends included, so production is not interrupted. Incidents in continuous operation are handled within agreed response times.

Our Values

Deadlines Met

We meet deadlines even for weekend shutdowns. The cost of every minute of downtime is quantifiable, and we factor it into planning.

Direct Communication

Every system has a named engineer responsible for it. The customer talks to that engineer directly, not through a layer of coordinators.

Engineering Approach

Beyond the specification, we assess the operational impact of a solution. We apply graph optimisation, architectural modelling or automated testing where they deliver measurable benefit.

Long-Term Cooperation

Multi-year service contracts, joint shutdown planning and knowledge transfer to the customer's in-house team.

Our Workflow

Our Approach

Eleven phases from analysis to handover - here in brief, the full process on its own page.

01

Analysis & concept

We document what's actually running on the floor, including plant rules. We design the control architecture and produce a risk assessment with a safety concept.

02

Documentation & preparation

Project documentation with a functional description, cabinet design, and component sourcing. Documentation follows your plant's standard.

03

Build & testing

PLC, visualization, and robot programming - with offline simulation and virtual commissioning. A pre-delivery FAT separates wiring faults from programming faults.

04

Ramp-up & support

On-site commissioning, safety function validation, training, and handover of as-built documentation. Followed by long-term operational support.
