SCOPE OF PROCESSING We process only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this website: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. 3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING Your data is processed to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial proposal. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. RETENTION PERIOD Personal data is retained for the period necessary to handle your request, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a separate legal basis for retention applies. 5. FORM ABUSE PROTECTION To protect the contact form against automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When the form is submitted, your IP address and basic technical information about your browser are transmitted to this service, which assesses whether the request was sent by a human. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in protecting the form against spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Turnstile does not build user profiles and does not track behaviour across websites. The transfer to the USA relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Cloudflare is certified.
